Return Policy

Purchases made at Jetboil.com must be returned within 30 days and must be new, unused and contain all original packaging and accessories. Upon receipt of the product accompanied by the original sales receipt from your purchase at Jetboil.com, we will exchange the item in question or provide a full refund. We will provide your refund using the same method of payment that you used to purchase the item. Purchases made at authorized Jetboil dealers should be returned to the dealer.

How to Return Your Purchase

Using the original sales receipt from your purchase at Jetboil.com, circle the item being returned and package the item securely in a box. Please send your package via a traceable delivery service: USPS registered mail, UPS, etc. Jetboil does not pay the cost of return shipping.
