Jetboil in Los Torres del Paine, Chile

Charles Laarsen took his Jetboil to Los Torres del Paine, Chile. "(We) hiked up for day break (5:45 AM) on the towers. We were pretty cold, and brewed some tea up there using the Jet Boil. I am actually holding the Jetboil because as I said we were freezing our asses off and the civilized man that I am had to have my morning cup of tea. Earl Grey nor Jetboil failed me that morning. People were suffering hard from the weight of their other gear, and the inability to shelter it from the wind. I hit three foul days of rain with winds ranging from 70-100 kph. I did everything from cook inside of small three sided shelters, my tent, and braced against two trees for protection from the wind. I still managed to eat three squares. I took nothing more than two sporks and the Jetboil for my cousin and I. He bailed on day #3, but I rallied 60 miles in 4.5 days."
