- Jetboil – that handy little stove ties for first place as the most important product in this race [Explore Sweden Expedition Race 2005]. At two different Transition Areas – when we were exhausted and hungry – we fired that up and within minutes the boiled water delivered some reviving dehydrated meals, which were a welcomed treat after eating 27 straight peanut butter & jelly sandwiches! I’m telling you, that stove . . . is perfect for supported (e.g., Primal Quest, Southern
Traverse) or unsupported (e.g., Explore Sweden) race formats. [We] seriously will not go to another race without one.
